• - Cabins at Vågslid
• - Loan of equipment such as car trailers, scaffolding, tillers, etc.
• - Tickets for various events. Westcon sponsors, among other things, the Football Club Haugesund (FKH) and distributes tickets to employees.

• Westcon wants to promote physical activity among employees. Through local event, Westcon encourages employees to participate, and one can use welfare points upon enrollment.
• Westcon Yards has its own points-based welfare system, where tours and events are posted that employees can sign up for with companions/family.
