Westcon Yard Ølen features a 5,200 m² multi-purpose hall equipped with top modern facilities that support several key departments, enabling efficient workflows and heavy-duty operations:

• Storage – A new logistics system streamlines operations, handling hundreds of thousands of components with precision.
• Mounting Hall – Two overhead traverse cranes with a combined lifting capacity of 160 tons and a hook height of 20 meters.
• Pipe Workshop – Covers over 3,000 m², including a dedicated area for prefabrication of white materials (stainless steel, duplex, superduplex).
• Steel Prefabrication – Manufacturing of steel structures for industrial and fabrication projects.
• Turbo Department – Specialized in turbocharger service and repair.
• Machine Shop – Fully equipped for precision machining and component work.

This hall is a strategic asset for executing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects with speed, safety, and efficiency.

Environmental Drive – Westcon’s Largest Sustainability Initiative

Westcon Yard Ølen has launched its most ambitious environmental project to date: a 3,600 m² facility dedicated to sustainable operations and responsible waste management.

The facility includes:

• Paint Hall
• Maintenance Hall
• Waste Management Hall – including sorting of special waste

The environmental station is heated using recycled heat, and features 100% control of emissions to air and ground for environmentally hazardous waste. This not only supports Westcon’s sustainability goals but also contributes positively to the environmental accounting of our customers.
