Westcon has established an integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System that ensures the systematic and continuous improvement of our services, working environment, and environmental performance. The system is an integral part of our daily operations and forms the foundation for how we plan, execute, and follow up on all activities.
The QHSE Management System defines requirements, responsibilities, and working methods for all parts of the organization and is available to employees through the company intranet. It provides easy access to procedures, instructions, and tools that support the safe and efficient execution of work while ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
